FAQs

The set-up fee allows GitGo to do all the heavy-lifting for you in taking the guess-work out of conversational AI and apply it to hospitality sales. This includes things like script-writing, prompting, providing upates for enhancements and performance, pre-testing, reporting, software integrations, etc. In addition, the monthly fee allows us to monitor and ensure your AI agent is performing to industry standard and will continue to save you time and money as well as provide an ROI benefit.

The $0.32/minute charge covers only talk-time of the agent for outbound calls. GitGo will help you manage this to budget appropriately based on the list being called and monitoring pick-ups and agent performance.  This per minute fee will be billed separately from your set-up and monthly program.

At this time during our pilot process, campaigns will go-live within 30 days of payment.  This allows our team time for proper set-up and testing of the agent, which includes scripting, prompting, training on property details for machine learning, report set-up and any additional collaboration needed. This why we require the set-up fee.

GitGo will share a minimum bi-weekly reporting to recap the program progress.  When appointments are made by the AI agent, your dedicated seller will receive the appointment and notes directly to their calendar and inbox so they can be prepared for the follow-up.  All agent calls are noted in a dedicated CRM and your team will have access to the call info within that CRM tool.  Future integration is being planned for beyond the pilot. 

Yes!  GitGo will monitor performance and will collaborate with your team if and when updates or changes need to be made, and we’re always looking for feedback as we pilot this brand new innovation. 

We strictly follow all laws, rules and guidelines of state and federal law to ensure privacy and security of data are honored.  Furthermore, our team stays up-to-date on changes to the rules and laws as this is evolving with AI.

In addition, your contact lists are yours alone.  GitGo will not share your customers.  We have a confidentiality clause in our terms and conditions. 

The term is for 6 months, but we do have a review process outlined in the terms and conditions that allows for cancellation after 90 days.  We want to pilot this new innovation with dedicated teams willing to collaborate and give the opportunity to resolve and fix the hiccups that are bound to happen with brand new innovation like this.  We ask for patience, honesty and collaboration and we will make it worth your while by helping you gain all the benefits from being an early adopter! 

Not at this time.  As we learn more in the pilot process you can expect our packages, pricing and promotions to evolve.  As an early adopter and collaborative partner, you will be the first to have the opportunity to take advantage of any discounts offered. 

We respect your and your team’s time and will not monopolize it in the set-up process or go-forward.  We require a one-hour collaboration call during the set-up phase and will send an agenda and details of what we need to gather before that call.  This is to ensure we have all the information to make the AI Agent knowledgable and optimized for your hotel.  Ongoing we send reports, and will conduct a monthly recap call with your team to review results.  In between time, our customer service rep is always available for questions and needs.  From time-to-time, as this is a pilot, we may ask for your feedback in survey format or email to help us learn and become even better!
