True Stories: Hotel Owner Frustration with Turnover & Sales Consistency

I get the pleasure of connecting with a lot of hotel owners throughout the week. The common theme of our conversations goes a little something like this:

“I’ve done my research. My asset is where it is supposed to be. I’ve invested in the right things. I’ve put the people in place, and now I’m frustrated because they aren’t getting it done. It’s become a huge distraction from me moving on to my next investment.”

For the past several months, I’ve been working with a hotel owner who is beyond frustrated over the past 4 years with his asset’s sales performance.
